Note: Customers choosing Prepaid payment may be eligible for exclusive discounts or early access to deals.
COD Order Refusals
• If a customer places a Cash on Delivery order and refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery, it results in avoidable costs for us.
• To protect our business, customers who reject COD orders without valid reasons may be blacklisted and restricted from placing future orders or limited to prepaid-only payment options.
Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
• You can track your package at any time using this link.
Shipping Restrictions
• Currently, we only deliver within India.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Shipping (Defective Items Only)
