At Prarro World, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective item, we are here to help.

 

Returns & Refunds Eligibility :

• We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests unless the product is received in a defective condition.

• To be eligible for a return or refund:

1. You must send us a clear unboxing video of the defective product.

2. You must raise the issue within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing us at info@prarro.com.

 

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Email us at info@prarro.com with:

    •  Your order ID

    • The unboxing video clearly showing the defect

    • A brief description of the issue

2. Our support team will evaluate your request.

3. If approved, we will arrange for a return pickup and initiate a refund to your original payment method.

 

Note: No requests will be entertained without an unboxing video. Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be considered.
