1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all serviceable locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
3. Do you charge for shipping?
No! Shipping is absolutely free across India. There are no hidden delivery or handling fees.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: • UPI • Credit/Debit Cards • Net Banking • Cash on Delivery (COD)
5. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available. However, we recommend choosing prepaid payment for a smoother and faster delivery experience. Prepaid orders may also be eligible for special discounts.
6. What happens if I refuse a COD order?
Refusing a COD order results in wasted time and cost. Customers who refuse parcels without valid reasons may be blacklisted and restricted from placing COD orders in the future.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
No. As soon as an order is placed, it is automatically processed for shipping. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or modifications after checkout. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept general returns or refunds. However, if you receive a defective product, you must: 1. Record a clear unboxing video. 2. Email us at info@prarro.com within 3 days of delivery. 3. Include your Order ID and a brief description of the defect. Once verified by our team, we will arrange a pickup and initiate a refund or replacement.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can monitor the status of your parcel using that link.
10. What do I do if I haven’t received my order on time?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please email us at info@prarro.com with your Order ID. We’ll check the logistics and update you at the earliest.
